You can publish a new project by filling out a simple form. When a project is published you can open an unlimited number of open positions and invite or accept applications from candidates.

Searching for members of a production crew has never been this easy. You can filter contractors by their skills and availability. To choose the right members for your production team you can view the references of each contractor.
Check if contractors are available
We have solved the frustration of losing the time to contact the contractor only to find out that he is already taken in the desired time period. Contractor filter shows only available contractors. You can also check the availability calendar for each contractor.
Invite or accept contractors on open positions
Once the position is open you can invite contractors to open positions. When they accept an invitation they become a member of your team. Contractors can also apply for your open positions. You are then notified and can accept or reject the application.
Build provisional timing and share it with the team
You can build a provisional timing online, which is done with a press of a button, available to the whole team. Team members get notified and can download the provisional timing for offline use or view it online.
Track and modify project budget in real time
Set the initial project budget and add expenses or income on the go. Each member of your team tracks their done work on the MovieCrew.expert platform so you can track expenses in real time.
Team notifications via emails or phone messages
In case you want to send a message to the whole team (for example if the location or some date/time changes) you can notify them by using the MovieCrew.expert platform via email or phone message.
Receive and review invoices from contractors
Since your team members track their done work using the MovieCrew.expert platform they are able to generate their invoices on the same platform. You can view and review the received invoices from a single view.
